Update - Received letter in my mail that Renaissance Property Management will be taken over and Community Management let go in a couple of months.
The company will overlap for a month or so.
They will have weekly drive thrus as was told by another subdivison that has them, that is how they do it. I did my research to find out who they are, what they do and how much they cost some subs. I did this as never heard of them and wanted to see what we will have for my information.
Will not say how others like them as everyone should judge for themselves any company, person or place.

Update - G&R Lawn Maintenance / Electrical Contractor -
The Board unanimously agreed to hire G&R which also provides electrical and irrigation maintenance.
Work Order have been sent to G&R:
1. Repair the electrical and Plumbing at the pavilion
FINDING
*The light bulb on the light poles work - when the last person who changed out the new bulbs they broke the sockets, sockets is on order and will be installed asap
*The back flow preventer is broke - new one on order and will be installed asap
2. Repair the nonfunctional fountain in the small pond
FINDING
*The fountain works- electrical line that feeds the fountain will be replaced next week - contractor has to bring his small boat to pull the fountain out to make the repairs
3. Repair the lights at the entrance
FINDING
*1 photo cell is bad and will be replaced
*8 lights bad bulbs - pricing replacement fixtures using soft LED light *Electrical boxes re secured to the mounts and electrical wiring was falling out of the boxes - contractor fixed this issue.
*All irrigation piping was wrapped with insulation due to the freezing weather To all, the Lawn Maintenance will resume Feb 1st serviced by G&R.
They will also keep the walking trail clean and free from debris as part of the contract.
